Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 7 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Commerce Accelerator, its e-commerce education programs, and associated services (“we”, “us” or “our”) collect, use, store and disclose personal information when you visit our website, register for our programs, start a free trial or otherwise interact with us.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you interact with our website, course, advertisements or services, we may collect information including:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Billing information
  • Account and registration information
  • Communications you send to our team
  • Information submitted through forms, surveys or applications
  • Website usage and device information
  • IP address
  • Cookie and advertising data
  • Information reasonably required to provide our services

We only seek to collect information reasonably necessary to operate, market and improve our services.

2. Payment Information

Payments and subscriptions may be processed through third-party payment and course platforms, including Whop and their associated payment processors.

Your payment information may be collected and processed directly by these providers in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

We generally do not directly store complete credit or debit card information on our own servers.

3. Seven-Day Free Trial & Subscriptions

Where advertised, eligible customers may receive a 7-day free trial before their paid subscription begins.

Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically continue at the price and billing frequency disclosed to you when you sign up.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

You can cancel your subscription directly through your Whop account, or contact our team and request that we cancel your subscription before your next scheduled payment.

Cancellation prevents future subscription charges but does not ordinarily provide a refund for payments that have already been processed.

4. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, including rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not provide refunds for change of mind or because a customer has decided not to continue using the program after a payment has been processed.

Customers are responsible for cancelling their subscription before their next billing date if they do not wish to continue.

Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring payments. It does not automatically refund previous payments.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Email, SMS & Communications

If you provide us with your email address or phone number, we may use those details to:

  • Deliver your account, course or service information
  • Provide customer support
  • Send important account or billing notifications
  • Provide educational content
  • Send promotional or marketing communications where permitted
  • Contact you regarding products or services you have expressed an interest in

Depending on the consent you provide, communications may occur through email, SMS, telephone or other communication platforms.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link contained in our emails or contact our team to request removal from marketing communications.

Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent where necessary to provide a service you have requested.

6. Testimonials & Student Results

If you voluntarily provide us with a testimonial, review, case study or other feedback, we may ask for permission to use that material in connection with our website, course, social media, advertisements or other marketing materials.

Where applicable, this may include your name, image, business/store information and the content of your testimonial.

Student testimonials and results represent individual experiences and are not guarantees that another student will achieve the same results.

7. Sensitive Information

We do not intentionally seek to collect sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
